Information We Collect: When you register for an event, complete a form, send an inquiry, or download materials from the site, we may ask you to provide personal data such as your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, and payment details (processed only by secure third-party providers—no credit-card data is stored on our servers). We also automatically collect technical usage data via analytics tools, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and session duration. In the case of VR screenings, we may collect technical telemetry from Meta Quest in accordance with Meta’s privacy policy. Additionally, we use cookies to ensure the site functions correctly, analyze performance, and offer personalized content; non-essential cookies are activated only after your explicit consent.

3. Purposes of Processing: We use the information we collect to operate and manage our services and events, process registrations and payments, and respond to your inquiries.
