Information We Collect: When you register for an event, complete a form, send an inquiry, or download materials from the site, we may ask you to provide personal data such as your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, and payment details (processed only by secure third-party providers—no credit-card data is stored on our servers). We also automatically collect technical usage data via analytics tools, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and session duration. In the case of VR screenings, we may collect technical telemetry from Meta Quest in accordance with Meta’s privacy policy. Additionally, we use cookies to ensure the site functions correctly, analyze performance, and offer personalized content; non-essential cookies are activated only after your explicit consent.

3. Purposes of Processing: We use the information we collect to operate and manage our services and events, process registrations and payments, and respond to your inquiries. We also employ aggregate, anonymized usage data to improve user experience through performance analysis. Furthermore, with your consent, we send transactional and promotional communications—such as technical updates, schedule changes, or special offers—via the channels you specify. We additionally use the data to accommodate accessibility requests and to fulfill our legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing with Third Parties: We share personal data only with external service providers necessary for delivering our services, such as payment processors, cloud-storage companies, analytics and marketing platforms, and AI-based content-processing tools. Data Retention: We retain payment and invoice records for seven years as required by law; event registrations and accessibility-request records for two years; security logs for one year; and any content you upload until you request its deletion, unless we are legally required to retain it longer.

Your Rights: Under Israeli privacy law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct or complete any inaccuracies, request deletion (unless retention is legally required), restrict or object to processing for direct-marketing purposes, and request a structured data export for transfer to another provider.
