1. היקף ושירות: מדיניות פרטיות זו חלה על האופן שבו רועי קמחי - אטמוספירה הפקות, לרבות סטודיו אטמוספירה (להלן: "הסטודיו" או "אנחנו") אוסף, משתמש, שומר ומעבד מידע אישי במסגרת האתר www.oneatmospherestudio.com, טפסי יצירת קשר והרשמה, הקרנות, אירועים, פעילויות ושירותים מקצועיים. לפניות בנושא פרטיות ניתן לפנות אל: info@oneatmosphereproductions.com. המדיניות נוסחה בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א–1981, ולתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), תשע"ז–2017.

2. איסוף מידע: כאשר אתם פונים אלינו, נרשמים לפעילות, ממלאים טופס, מבקשים התאמה נגישה או מתקשרים עם הסטודיו, אנו עשויים לאסוף מידע כגון שם, כתובת דוא"ל, מספר טלפון, גיל או טווח גיל, מוסד או ארגון, שפה מועדפת, פרטי הרשמה, פרטי נגישות שנמסרו על ידכם, הסכמת הורה או אפוטרופוס כאשר היא נדרשת, וכן פרטי עסקה, חיוב, קבלות וחשבוניות כאשר הדבר רלוונטי. בנוסף, האתר ושירותים טכנולוגיים המשמשים אותנו, לרבות Wix, Google Forms, Google Analytics ושירותי Google נוספים, עשויים לאסוף נתוני שימוש טכניים, כגון כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, מערכת הפעלה, עמודים נצפים, זמני ביקור ונתוני מערכת, בהתאם להגדרות השירותים ולהסכמות העוגיות באתר. במסגרת הפעלות VR עשויים להיאסף נתונים טכניים הקשורים לציוד Meta Quest בהתאם למדיניות Meta, ואנו לא משתמשים בנתונים אלה לצורך זיהוי אישי של המשתתפים, אלא אם צוין אחרת במדיניות זו.

3. מטרות השימוש במידע: אנו משתמשים במידע לצורך הפעלת האתר והשירותים, ניהול פניות והרשמות, תיאום הקרנות ואירועים, מתן שירות ללקוחות ולמשתתפים, טיפול בבקשות התאמה ונגישות, הפקת מסמכי עסקה וחשבוניות, עמידה בחובות לפי דין, אבטחת מידע, תחזוקה, מניעת שימוש לרעה, הגנה על זכויות הסטודיו, ושיפור השירותים והפעילויות. הודעות תפעוליות, כגון אישור הרשמה, פרטי הגעה, שינוי מועד או עדכון הנוגע לפעילות שאליה נרשמתם, עשויות להישלח לפי פרטי ההתקשרות שמסרתם. דיוור ועדכונים על פעילויות, הקרנות, חוויות או פרויקטים נוספים יישלחו רק בכפוף להסכמתכם או בהתאם לדין, וניתן לבקש הסרה בכל עת באמצעות פנייה ל-info@oneatmosphereproductions.com.

4. שיתוף מידע עם צדדים שלישיים: מידע אישי יועבר רק כאשר הדבר נדרש לצורך מתן השירותים, ניהול הפעילות, עמידה בחובות לפי דין או הגנה על זכויות הסטודיו. מידע עשוי להימסר לספקי שירות רלוונטיים, כגון Wix, Google, ספקי אחסון, מערכות טפסים והרשמה, שירותי אנליטיקה, ספקי ציוד וטכנולוגיה, רואי חשבון או יועצים מקצועיים, וכן לספקי עיבוד, תרגום, ניתוח, ניסוח או ניהול תוכן, לרבות כלים מבוססי בינה מלאכותית, כאשר הדבר נדרש ותוך צמצום מידע מזהה ככל האפשר. איננו מוכרים או משכירים מידע אישי לצדדים שלישיים. כאשר אנו מסתייעים בספקים חיצוניים, נעשה זאת בהתאם למטרה שלשמה נמסר המידע ובכפוף להתחייבויות מתאימות לשמירה על סודיות ואבטחת מידע, ככל שהדבר נדרש וסביר בנסיבות העניין. חלק מספקי השירות שבהם אנו משתמשים עשויים לפעול או לשמור מידע גם מחוץ לישראל, בהתאם לתנאי השירות ומדיניות הפרטיות שלהם ובכפוף לדין החל.

5. אבטחת מידע ודיווח על אירועי אבטחה: אנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים ומקובלים לשמירה על המידע האישי, לרבות שימוש בשירותים מאובטחים, ניהול הרשאות, אמצעי הזדהות וגישה, וגיבוי או שמירה מאובטחת של מידע לפי הצורך. עם זאת, אין באפשרותנו להבטיח חסינות מוחלטת מפני גישה בלתי מורשית, תקלה או אירוע אבטחה. במקרה של אירוע אבטחת מידע, נפעל לבירור האירוע, לצמצום הפגיעה ולמסירת דיווחים או הודעות ככל שנדרש לפי דין.

6. תקופת שמירת המידע: אנו נשמור מידע אישי כל עוד הוא נחוץ למטרות שלשמן נאסף, לרבות מתן השירותים, ניהול קשר עם משתמשים, משתתפים ולקוחות, תיעוד פעילות, טיפול בפניות, עמידה בחובות לפי דין, טיפול במחלוקות או הגנה על זכויות הסטודיו. מסמכי הנהלת חשבונות, קבלות, חשבוניות ופרטי עסקה יישמרו בהתאם לחובות לפי דין. מידע המשמש לדיוור יישמר כל עוד לא התבקשה הסרה מהרשימה. מידע שאינו נדרש עוד באופן סביר יימחק או יישמר באופן מצומצם, ככל שהדבר אפשרי וסביר בנסיבות העניין.

7. זכויותיכם במידע: בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, עומדת לכם הזכות לעיין במידע אישי אודותיכם המוחזק במאגרי הסטודיו, וכן לבקש את תיקונו אם מצאתם שהוא אינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן. במקרים המתאימים ניתן גם לפנות אלינו בבקשה למחיקת מידע, להפסקת שימוש במידע לצורכי דיוור או להסרה מרשימת תפוצה, בכפוף לדין ולחובות שמירה החלות עלינו. למימוש זכויות או לשאלות בנושא פרטיות ניתן לפנות אלינו בכתב ל-info@oneatmosphereproductions.com. אנו עשויים לבקש פרטים סבירים לצורך זיהוי הפונה וטיפול בבקשה, ונענה בתוך זמן סביר ובהתאם לדין.

8. שימוש בעוגיות (Cookies) וטכנולוגיות דומות: האתר משתמש בעוגיות ובטכנולוגיות דומות לצורך תפעולו התקין, אבטחת מידע, שמירת העדפות משתמשים, ניתוח שימוש באתר ושיפור השירותים. עוגיות שאינן הכרחיות, לרבות עוגיות אנליטיקה כגון Google Analytics ככל שהן מופעלות, כפופות להגדרות ההסכמה לעוגיות באתר. ניתן לנהל או לחסום עוגיות באמצעות הגדרות הדפדפן או באמצעות כלי ניהול העוגיות באתר. חסימה של עוגיות מסוימות עשויה להשפיע על תפקוד האתר או על חוויית השימוש בו.

9. אירוע בהפקת הלקוח: באירוע בהפקת הלקוח, כהגדרתו בתקנון הסטודיו, מידע אישי שנאסף בידי הלקוח, המקום, מוסד מארגן, מערכת הרשמה חיצונית, צלם מטעם הלקוח או ספק אחר מטעמו, יהיה באחריות אותו גורם. כאשר הסטודיו אוסף מידע בעצמו, האיסוף והשימוש במידע ייעשו בהתאם למדיניות זו. כאשר הסטודיו מעבד מידע עבור הלקוח ובהתאם להוראותיו, חלוקת האחריות בין הצדדים תוסדר בהתקשרות הרלוונטית.

10. צילום ותיעוד בפעילויות: בפעילויות מסוימות עשוי להיערך צילום סטילס או וידאו של הפעילות, הציוד, חלל ההקרנה והמשתתפים, לצורכי תיעוד, שיווק, יחסי ציבור ודיווח על פעילות הסטודיו, בכפוף לדין, להצגת הודעה מתאימה במקום ולאפשרות סבירה להתנגד לצילום מזוהה. תיעוד שאינו מאפשר זיהוי סביר של אדם עשוי לשמש אותנו ללא צורך באישור נוסף. באירוע בהפקת הלקוח, צילום המבוצע בידי הלקוח או מי מטעמו יהיה באחריות הלקוח.

11. קטינים: האתר אינו מיועד למסירת מידע אישי עצמאית בידי ילדים מתחת לגיל 13. מידע על קטינים ייאסף רק ככל שהוא נדרש לצורך הרשמה, השתתפות, בטיחות, הסכמות הורים או תיעוד הפעילות, ובהתאם לתקנון, להסכמת הורה או אפוטרופוס או לאישור מוסדי מתאים, לפי העניין.

12. שאלוני הרשמה, משוב והערכה: כאשר אתם ממלאים שאלון הרשמה, משוב או הערכה מטעם הסטודיו, לרבות באמצעות Google Forms או כלי דומה, המידע שתמסרו ישמש למטרות ניהול הפעילות, יצירת קשר, שיפור השירותים, למידה והערכת אימפקט, בהתאם להודעה שתוצג בטופס. ככל שהשאלון כולל אפשרות לקבלת עדכונים על פעילויות וחוויות נוספות, ההרשמה לדיוור תהיה לפי בחירתכם וניתן יהיה לבקש הסרה בכל עת.

13. בקשות נגישות והתאמות: במסגרת בקשות התאמה או נגישות, אנו עשויים לקבל מידע שנמסר על ידכם לצורך בחינת הבקשה ומתן מענה מתאים, כגון העדפה לחוויה בישיבה או בעמידה, צורך באוזניות חיצוניות או התאמה תפעולית אחרת. אין צורך למסור אבחנות רפואיות או מסמכים רפואיים, אלא אם הדבר נדרש באופן נקודתי לצורך טיפול בבקשה מסוימת. למידע נוסף על נגישות ניתן לעיין בהצהרת הנגישות באתר:

Scope and Services: This Privacy Policy explains how Roy Kimhi - Atmosphere Productions, including One Atmosphere Studio (the “Studio”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and processes personal information in connection with the website www.oneatmospherestudio.com, contact and registration forms, screenings, events, activities and professional services. For privacy-related inquiries, please contact: info@oneatmosphereproductions.com. This Policy has been drafted in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017.
 

2. Information We Collect: When you contact us, register for an activity, complete a form, request an accessibility accommodation, or engage with the Studio, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, age or age range, institution or organization, preferred language, registration details, accessibility details provided by you, parental or guardian consent where required, and transaction, billing, receipt and invoice details where relevant. In addition, the website and technological services we use, including Wix, Google Forms, Google Analytics and other Google services, may collect technical usage data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, visit times and system data, in accordance with the settings of those services and the cookie consent settings on the website. During immersive/VR operations, technical data related to Meta Quest equipment may be collected in accordance with Meta’s policies, and we do not use such data to personally identify participants unless otherwise stated in this Policy.

3. Purposes of Use: We use information for the operation of the website and services, management of inquiries and registrations, coordination of screenings and events, provision of services to clients and participants, handling of accessibility and accommodation requests, issuance of transaction documents and invoices, compliance with legal obligations, information security, maintenance, prevention of misuse, protection of the Studio’s rights, and improvement of services and activities. Operational messages, such as registration confirmations, arrival details, schedule changes or updates relating to an activity for which you registered, may be sent using the contact details you provided. Mailing and updates about additional activities, screenings, experiences or projects will be sent only subject to your consent or in accordance with applicable law, and you may request removal at any time by contacting info@oneatmosphereproductions.com.

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties: Personal information will be shared only where required for the provision of services, management of activities, compliance with legal obligations or protection of the Studio’s rights. Information may be shared with relevant service providers, such as Wix, Google, hosting providers, form and registration systems, analytics services, equipment and technology providers, accountants or professional advisors, as well as providers of processing, translation, analysis, drafting or content management services, including AI-based tools, where required and while minimizing identifiable information as much as possible. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. When we use external service providers, we do so for the purpose for which the information was provided and subject to appropriate confidentiality and information security undertakings, where required and reasonable under the circumstances. Some of the service providers we use may operate or store information outside Israel, in accordance with their terms of service and privacy policies and subject to applicable law.

5. Information Security and Security Incidents: We take reasonable and customary measures to protect personal information, including the use of secure services, permission management, authentication and access controls, and backup or secure storage of information where needed. However, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from unauthorized access, malfunction or a security incident. In the event of an information security incident, we will act to investigate the incident, reduce harm, and provide reports or notices as required by law.

6. Data Retention: We will retain personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including the provision of services, management of relationships with users, participants and clients, activity documentation, handling of inquiries, compliance with legal obligations, handling of disputes or protection of the Studio’s rights. Accounting documents, receipts, invoices and transaction details will be retained in accordance with legal obligations. Information used for mailing will be retained until removal from the list is requested. Information that is no longer reasonably required will be deleted or retained in a reduced form, where possible and reasonable under the circumstances.

Your Rights: In accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, you have the right to review personal information about you that is held in the Studio’s databases, and to request its correction if you find that it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated. Where appropriate, you may also contact us to request deletion of information, cessation of use of information for mailing purposes, or removal from a mailing list, subject to applicable law and any retention obligations that apply to us. To exercise your rights or ask questions about privacy, please contact us in writing at info@oneatmosphereproductions.com. We may request reasonable details in order to identify the requester and handle the request, and we will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies: The website uses cookies and similar technologies for its proper operation, information security, saving user preferences, analyzing website use and improving services. Non-essential cookies, including analytics cookies such as Google Analytics where enabled, are subject to the cookie consent settings on the website. You may manage or block cookies through your browser settings or through the cookie management tool on the website. Blocking certain cookies may affect the functionality of the website or the user experience.

9. Client-Produced Events: In a Client-Produced Event, as defined in the Studio Terms, personal information collected by the client, venue, organizing institution, external registration system, photographer on behalf of the client, or another provider on the client’s behalf, will be the responsibility of that party. When the Studio collects information itself, the collection and use of information will be carried out in accordance with this Policy. When the Studio processes information for the client and according to the client’s instructions, the allocation of responsibility between the parties will be set out in the relevant engagement.

10. Photography and Documentation of Activities: In certain activities, still photography or video documentation of the activity, equipment, screening space and participants may take place for documentation, marketing, public relations and reporting purposes relating to the Studio’s activities, subject to applicable law, the display of appropriate notice at the venue, and a reasonable opportunity to object to identifiable photography. Documentation that does not reasonably allow a person to be identified may be used by us without additional approval. In a Client-Produced Event, photography carried out by the client or on the client’s behalf will be the client’s responsibility.

11. Minors: The website is not intended for the independent submission of personal information by children under the age of 13. Information about minors will be collected only insofar as it is required for registration, participation, safety, parental consent or activity documentation, and in accordance with the Terms, parental or guardian consent, or appropriate institutional approval, as applicable.

12. Registration, Feedback and Evaluation Questionnaires: When you complete a registration, feedback or evaluation questionnaire on behalf of the Studio, including through Google Forms or a similar tool, the information you provide will be used for the purposes of managing the activity, contacting you, improving services, learning and impact evaluation, in accordance with the notice displayed in the form. Where the questionnaire includes an option to receive updates about additional activities and experiences, subscription to mailing will be based on your choice and you may request removal at any time.

13. Accessibility Requests and Accommodations: As part of accessibility or accommodation requests, we may receive information provided by you for the purpose of reviewing the request and providing an appropriate response, such as a preference for a seated or standing experience, a need for external headphones, or another operational accommodation. There is no need to provide medical diagnoses or medical documents, unless this is specifically required in order to handle a particular request.
